Whether you’re staying in Bangkok with your kids for a few days to a couple of weeks, here are 10 things that you can do as a family and make your trip an unforgettable experience:

1.Get ‘wild’ at the Dusit Zoo

What’s a family trip without going to the zoo? Here, your kids get to see 1,600 domestic and international animals, including the fascinating Bengal tigers, albino barking deer, wallabies, hawks, and so much more. Dusit is Thailand’s first zoo and has been around for 60 years.

2.Run and play at Lumpini Park

Filled with broad trees, fields and ponds – the Lumpini Park offers 142 acres of greenery in the heart of Bangkok. It makes a perfect place for a fun family adventure as it houses a vast playground, lots of walking paths, and plenty of secure space for jogging, running and even cycling.

3.Learn and play at Children’s Discovery Museum

Traveling is not only a great way to have fun. It’s also a perfect opportunity to learn. The Children’s Discovery Museum offers a host of educational activities that will ignite your kid’s love for science. These fun-filled activities, such as digging dinosaur bones and conquering the labyrinth, will keep them occupied for the day.

4.Spark their curiosity at Imaginia Playland

This is an awesome list! You just gave me a great idea on where to go to for our next international adventure. Bangkok is near the Philippines so airfare is quite easy on the budget. And I will surely check your post again, 🙂

Bangkok is such an amazing city. So many cool things to do. Maybe another one could be taking the ferry along the river past all the temples and Grand Palace.

I would love to visit Bangkok with my daughter, but I feel at 3 years old she may just be a tad to young. Maybe when she is 6. Bangkok does look beautiful.

I was hesitant when we first moved here in BKK because I thought my toddler will be having a hard time adjusting here but to my surprise my son instantly fell in love with the people and with the culture. I guess going by the playgroups twice a week and to other kids friendly place really helped him to adjust easily with Thailand.
